Using a variety of personal divination tools and meditation as well as client inquiry, layers of guidance are channeled to provide guidance each individual needs to receive in the moment. 

This is a service performed over a zoom session. This is not a replacement for medical doctor and it does not claim to be a “cure”.
In person Yoga services may be available at a later date once the Govt of Ontario allows the reopening of personal services.

Creating customized meal plan based on your specific health needs and goals. Filling a 2 week diet diary is a prerequisite as well as listing your current food preferences. Rates vary depending on length. Get a personalized meal plan which covers 1 month of meals, recipes included. A meal plan will be created for you based on your nutrition needs that we assess during this call. 

This is a 30 minute session in which there will a quick review of your two week diet diary. Another 2 hours will be spent offline after the session in creating your meal plan.

NOTE: This service does not provide actual meals.

Working with individuals and families to create a holistic, natural, and healing environment in the home, to as little to as much as the client prefers. It involves consultation to identify what clients goals for the home, assessing the current set up, and slowly implementing healthy changes. These changes can include, design elements, product education, product introduction and consolidation, layout and organization within the space, as well as creating a health routine within the home. Prices vary depending on needs.

Initial 30 min consultation is free. It needs to be booked prior to this in the "Healthy at Home Discovery Consultation" Category. Clients will have a chance to share their goals for the home as well as understand more about the service. Consultations after will be quoted on a person by person basis and prepaid before the service is rendered.

A plan and quote will be generated for the services that can be rendered and from there once then different sessions we will work together to promote the ideal healthy home environment and achieve optimal wellness in your home.

Learn how to offer authentic Ayurvedic massage. In this course you will learn the basics of Ayurveda, oils for each constitution and hands on therapy techniques.
